Colin Nederkoorn decided to go off the beaten path. When he connected to a VPN, he found his streaming speed increased dramatically, with a cap at around 10 times the speed he was getting on Verizon.
Nederkoorn’s conclusion was that Netflix absolutely has the capacity to supply fast streaming
via Disgruntled Verizon customer uses VPN to improve Netflix stream.
